Finland will host the 2022 IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship from 13–29 May 2022. Finland’s ninth IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship will take place in Tampere and Helsinki. Preliminary round group B, two quarter-final games, both semi-final games and the medal games will be played at the Tampere Deck Arena. Helsinki Arena in Helsinki has been chosen as the second venue for preliminary round group A and two quarter-final games.
