Ilves goaltender Vadim Žerenko, 21, has signed a three-year, two-way entry-level NHL contract with the St. Louis Blues.
Vadim Žerenko joined Ilves on a 1+1-year contract last spring. The goaltender recorded two shutouts and save percentage 90,16 in 30 regular season games last season. He played in and won the season-ending bronze medal game in the playoffs.
Žerenko was drafted 208th overall in the seventh round of the 2019 NHL entry draft by the St. Louis Blues.
