- Every season ticket for the 2021–2022 season is valid for every regular season Ilves home game regardless of the assembly restrictions.
- Every ticket that is already purchased or reserved is valid for the games that are played when the restrictions are in effect. The ticket sale ends when the game’s maximum capacity has been reached.
- If you have already purchased a ticket for a game that has been rescheduled, the ticket is valid for that game on its new date.
- Tickets meant for the Ilves–HPK game on December 26th are valid for Ilves–HPK on February 11th.
- Tickets meant for Ilves–HIFK on January 29th are valid for Ilves–HIFK on March 17th.
- Tickets meant for Ilves–Lukko on February 10th are valid for Ilves–Lukko on March 3rd.
- Tickets meant for Ilves–KalPa on March 15th are valid for Ilves–KalPa on March 19th.
- Everyone has to have a seat in public events that have a low risk of infection. Thus, in our game events, the standing section is used as normal stands as long as the current restrictions are in effect. Tickets and season tickets for the standing section are still valid as is. You can freely choose a seat in the standing section.
- By the decree issued by the Finnish Government, the COVID-19 passport cannot be used as an alternative to regional restrictions at public events and in public spaces until February 15th, 2022. The decree concerns all public events and public spaces that currently have restrictions. Until February 15th, 2022, we do not require the COVID-19 passport at our game events.
- We strongly recommend using a mask at the game events.
- Ticket vouchers and Ottelun Sinulle tarjoaa ticket gift cards that were valid until February 15th, 2022 are now valid until March 15th, 2022.
